Every Thursday we'll be teachin' and shuckin' on the beach in front of the Snack Shack from 5pm to 7pm!️

🎟️Ticket Includes: 1 dozen oysters plus accoutrements, knife and glove rental, hands-on instruction and open Q&A with an aquaculture specialist and a Lady Shuckers sticker. (optional add on to keep your Shucking Knife or The Whole Shucking Kit*)

Guests are guided by expert shuckers through the art of opening oysters safely and confidently, while learning about oyster varieties, sourcing, and the local ecosystem. Set against a relaxed beach backdrop, the class is equal parts skill-building and social. Perfect for groups, celebrations, or anyone looking to connect with Maine’s iconic shellfish culture in a fun, memorable way.

We have two options for ya… brown butter or lemon + dill mayo. Our lobster is sourced here in Maine and we are support proud of our product. Come try for yourself and see why.

Where it all started!! Oysters. We are always shuckin’ and servin’ the freshest product from women led farms. Make sure to check out our class offerings to become an honorary Lady Shucker yourself.
